(jpn) - signifes that this version is from Japan and is special when compared to other World Wide releases. It is usually used in combination with (sub).
(eng) - signifies that this version is from USA and is special when compared to Japan and other World Wide releases. It is usually used in combination with (dub).
(sub) - signifies that this version is English Subbed Only and is special when compared to an English Dubbed of "Another" Dubbed version. It is usually used in combination with (jpn).
(dub) - signifies that this version is English Dubbed and is special when compared to an English Subbed version. It is usually used in combination with (eng).
[SD] - signifies that the file has a standard definition resolution to it. Standard Definition is usually equal to or less than (=<) 720x480
[HD] - signifies that the file has a high definition resolution to it. High Definition is usually equal to or less than (=<) 1920x1080
(720p) - signifies that the file is indeed HD but is only 720p or equal to or less than (=<)  1280x720 instead of true HD which is 1080p or equal to or less than (=<) 1920x1080
{DVD} - signifies that the file was aquired right from its origional DVD. And is usually superior to a NET file.
{BLU} - signifies that the file was aquired right from its origional Bluray. And is usually superior to a DVD and/or NET file.
{NET} - signifies that the file was aquired from the Internet. Most likely by utilizing the torrent system.
{STR} - signifies that the file was aquired from a legal streaming anime site. These files start at 640x360 and go up.
