From now on when submitting your daily reports/Weekly Reports please follow these instructions. Your daily reports must have a bug report inserted for any bugs that you have located using the provided spreadsheet, all applicable test cases must also  be inserted into your daily report. Make sure that you have both the software version and hardware version listed on your daily report, along with the number of (a) (b) bugs you have found and a total # all together listed.   If you are unsure where to find the software version please see me.  Everyone should be finding no less then 4 errors/bugs a day on average.  On your daily reports list what sections of the device you have tested.  On your bug report make sure to provide the exact steps another person would take to locate the issue you have located. Make sure that you are managing your time well to be able to meet these goals, if you need ideas of things to test, refer to the websites that I provided to you, or let me know and I can give you ideas as well. Please locate your name on this list, there you will see exactly who you should be sending your reports too. Thanks guys!!
