===<Details>===

  Lakitu (also known as Jugem)... the Koopa that kept flying high up in his cloud while
throwing stuff, usually more enemies, at Mario. One of my favourite Mario enemies that I got
the chance to convert into a fighting game character for the Mugen engine.

  His gameplay is nothing like your everyday char, but reminiscent from his apearances in the
original games:

- For starters, he's constantly flying, which means you can't crouch or walk, but on the other
hand has a higher freedom of movement;

- Try flying too high or too low and you'll notice that he's limited to a certain range, just
about the screen's height. If he gets beyond that range, usually after getting hit by an
opponent, he'll automatically return to it;

- He has low life and can't guard (otherwise fights against him would take too long), so his
only defense is his small size and maneuverability;

- His reaction to hits is different from the usual, this makes it harder to combo against him;

- Try to keep a distance from the opponents while throwing stuff at them and you'll put them
to shame easily in many cases;

- His projectiles, except the Aimed Bomb, can be hit by the opponents to make them harmless.
However, hitting a Spiny will just flip it over, allowing you or the opponent to kick it
around. Be careful though, after someone kicks it, it can hit any player in the screen,
including you and your partner.
