Version 1.1 In order to launch Minecraft from within the program, you will need to put Minecraft.exe in the same directory as the program. You can launch Minecraft manually from wherever you store it if you wish. Sound Packs are stored in the /packs/ directory, each sound pack has it's own directory. The structure of the directory must be the identical to the normal /resources/ director ie. /music /sound /newsound You can omit files and folders you do not use (see example pack). Installing soundpacks: First click disable sound from the menu, then launch Minecraft. From within Minecraft, login. Switch back to the Minecraft Sound Swapper menu, select the sound pack you want to use. Click "Swap Sounds" Click "Exit" From within Minecraft, click Options. Turn sounds ON. Enjoy. Note: You will need to follow these steps every time you wish to use a sound pack, otherwise Minecraft will restore the original sound files automatically. If you do not disable sounds before loading Minecraft, they cannot be replaced properly. If you do not login, Minecraft will restore the original sound files when you login. If you enable sounds before swapping them, they cannot be replaced properly.
