After assigning unit 'POT-999' to card 'tupper - VRChat', the unit does not show as assigned in either the lookup modal or the product detail sidecar view. The SQLite write succeeds (the GH Issue updates), but the UI views don't refresh to reflect the assignment.

## Likely Cause

The lookup modal cache and/or product detail panel data are not being invalidated/rebuilt after a unit assignment via the card-level lookup flow. The card's item squares rebuild but the product-centric views don't.
