Different shape, different step, unreadable. I am NOT letting today's floor-guard red retro-explain it, and I am not letting my disk hypothesis stand as more than a hypothesis.

THE BOX IS THE LIVE PROBLEM. I reclaimed 62.32 GiB; CI's own unit build then ate about 48 of it, leaving 14.3 GiB. Every further Windows CI job will red on the floor guard until space is freed, and publish needs local disk to download and sign. That is the first thing to fix on my return.
