W1 is ready for independent gate in BigscreenVR/spt-bs-core#240, head57dd603d673f4b2634bc5a9be3433c9a2f91bcdb, rebased onto main6ea6f9a2.

Quoted spaced paths, per-gather fetch-line dedupe, and original/edge-ASCII-trimmed receipt dedupe are implemented. Native baseline produced10 expected failures; final scoped battery45/45, workspace clippy0, post-rebase traceability932/932, actual CLI smoke and docs generation/check0. The PR contains the duplicate-record RCA and its historical receipt-to-caller attribution limitation.

This does not close #317: W2 still owns same-entry endpoint/session/path reuse (#319) and prompt-time delivery. Its wait bound is now operator-ruled: one shared500ms internal helper budget, next-poll fallback unchanged, no-path zero helper IPC/wait. Public docs will not publish the number as an adapter contract.
