Independent native observation at2026-09-16T02:07:16Z found generator PID58496 alive, image Python312/python.exe, directly under the run-owned broker48212. No claim yet about the classifier root cause or whether the fixture shape is material. Expected: distinguish a live hosted client from a dead tree, or explain the narrower exclusion accurately.
