REBASE (isolated worktree .worktrees/gate-228, removed after):
- PR head 07975fe0 was CONFLICTING, merge-base 289e3cdf, not ff-able onto 4b6b03cc.
- Only CHANGELOG.md + docs-site/src/changelog.md conflicted; resolved by union (HEAD entries then the W2b entry). Zero conflict markers after.
- Product-diff identity: within the 12 other PR-touched files, diff(07975fe0→39241675) == diff(289e3cdf→4b6b03cc) except blob ids and hunk offsets (verified by diffing the two diffs). attach.rs hunk lines identical pre/post rebase.
- traceable-reqs.toml header count == id count == 924.
- Force-pushed with lease (07975fe0) to fix/49-267-refresh-discriminator → 39241675.

CHECKER: traceable-reqs 0.4.1, check exit 0 (one informational [OK] line, 5 files not placement-judged, no findings).

BLIND CONSUMER READ (attach.rs, 4b6b03cc→39241675):
- Product change = one line at the shared pending-input drain in serve_attach: send_effect → send_effect_no_ack. Correct site (all pre-Subscribed replay routes through it; live input already no-ACK). Tag [impl->REQ-HAZARD-INPUT-ACK-BACKPRESSURE] on the evidence line.
- Rewritten TWO-CONN comment claims "Controller replay now has its own writer" — VERIFIED at main: broker.rs W1 dedicated controller_writer (lines ~1455/1650).
- Three rustfmt-shape reflows rode along (two `reason:` strings, one `use` reorder, one request_attach call wrap). Cosmetic; noted, not bounced.
- nextest.toml + golden.yml add refresh_freeze to the HEAVY set consistently; golden Phase B (Windows) gains SPT_REFRESH_RIG_PYTHON + interpreter probe. Test is #![cfg(windows)], Python knob defaults to "python" (fails loudly, never skips), spt.exe resolved from target/debug or SPT_REFRESH_RIG_SPT, sha pin optional.
- KNOWN-HAZARDS 7.19 gains the refresh reconstruction paragraph; docs-site changelog entry matches the tagged CHANGELOG entry.

NATIVE GATE (sequential takeover of todlando's released pool, .worktrees/49-267-refresh-discriminator checked out detached at 39241675; broker.rs working-copy diff was CRLF-only; claim label gate-228-w2b; env scrubbed: OWL_SESSION_ID, SPT_ATTACH_IPC_DEADLINE_MS, SPT_ATTACH_GATE_WATCHDOG_MS, CARGO_TARGET_DIR; env-before/after.txt recorded; driver.ps1 + phases.txt + logs/ here):
- p1 pool-claim 0 (branch <detached>, base 392416756426).
- p2 cargo build -p spt -p xtask 0. candidate spt.exe sha256 in candidate-bin.txt, pinned via SPT_REFRESH_RIG_EXPECTED_SHA256.
- p3 rig-1: refresh_freeze cell PASS 83.1 s; receipt status PASS, 8/8 checks true (real_refresh, baseline_12_timely_tags, ack_recovered_within_bound, sustained_timely_ack_and_state, all_post_tags_accounted_within_bound, zero_replacement_write_poison, controller_closures_detach_only, reader_healthy); recovery_ms 8422; native termination CONFIRMED_GONE, job active_processes 0, cleanup errors/survivors [].
- p3 rig-2 (repeat proof): PASS 77.2 s; 8/8 checks true; recovery_ms 3188; CONFIRMED_GONE, 0 active, clean.
- p4 seam inventory 0; p5 seams: 100 tests run, 100 passed, 1768 skipped (rc::tests, attach, input_ack_deadlock, redispatch, redispatch_stall, ACK/dedup/promotion-exclusion units). Count matches todlando's 100/100.
- p6 xtask gen 0, xtask check 0 (BRAIN_READ_AUDIT_OK 513 files). Driver flagged GEN DRIFT on docs-site/src/changelog.md + docs-site/src/cli/reference.md: both are line-ending-only (git diff -w --ignore-cr-at-eol = 0 content lines) — the generator's known CRLF normalization, not content drift. Byte-strict predicate in my driver, not a defect in the candidate.
- p7 pool-release 0. Free disk after 136.6 GB (pool grew ~0.5 GB over todlando's 21.2 GB). Tree restored to fix/49-267-refresh-discriminator @ 39241675, clean.

DISK NOTE: the 53 GB drop hertz reported (216.7→163.5 GB) is the CI runner workdir (C:\actions-runner\_work, 50–63 GB) from the post-merge ci run of #310, not any agent pool.
