- Separate diagnostic-only assembly: `0f80fef8f55c5dff5c34968a99850965b87ddd28`, release opt3/line-tables-only/strip-none; never included in the PR.
- Local diagnostic lifecycle passed: 3 subnets, 9 binds, broker canary peak25ms; bind and actual task/endpoint destruction outside both physical broker workers, with frozen runtime value `other`.
- Release pairing/net guards253/253, starvation2/2, daemon attach16/16, CLI wedge1/1 and stack units3/3; targeted clippy0, final trace926/926 with zero findings, actual CLI version0, pool release0. Source stayed unchanged.
- Original rig evidence retained honestly: release build native0/wrapper1 due attributed PR CI post-build contention (Doyle accepted without rebuild); initial wedge native100 because the release driver omitted mock-session. Authorized fixture-only provisioning then exercised only that wedge cell successfully. SPT EXE/PDB hashes were identical before/after fixture build and after the wedge; the other16 attach cells were not rerun.
