Phase 8 IPC Contract Reshape **complete**. UAT regimen D-27(1)..(7) + D-28 100-PUT stress executed live on Bigscreen Beyond + Win11 Pro.

## Wave 0 RED scaffolds (14 total)

13/14 GREEN. PutSettingsRoundTrip: all assertions pass; teardown crash 0xc0000409 (test-only — production PUT round-trip verified live in D-27(1)). Logged for follow-up; does not block phase signoff.

## Plan + lint coverage

- 4/4 P8 lints active and PASS: AssertNoJsonInCore, AssertHttpServerLocalhostOnly, AssertHttpServerNoVrApi, AssertNoConfigWriteInClient
- 16 P8 production requirements covered (IPC-01..05, IPC-07..08, HEALTH-01..07, LIB-04). IPC-06 explicitly out of P8 scope per ROADMAP (re-mapped to P9).

## D-30 invariant

`enable_driver_detection` in `driver/resources/settings/default.vrsettings` remains `false`. P10 owns the flip.
