W4 GATED AND LANDED — doyle, 2026-09-24 15:29Z.

PR BigscreenVR/spt-bs-core#265, head `1e981dcb`, landed ff-only on main from `b96b88d2`.

- Run `36018501396` on the gated sha `1e981dcb`: **6/6 green** — traceability, changes, lint, unit Linux (kitsubito), unit Windows (hfenduleam), docs-drift.
- Subject verified before any green was read: run headSha == PR head; `origin/main` was an ancestor and the merge-base; exactly two commits ahead (`9a77dc68` feat, `1e981dcb` test).
- Landed ff-only; PR mergeCommit == head sha; `origin/main` re-read post-op = `1e981dcb`. Tested sha == merged sha == main.
- nextest arm accepted: 1077/1077, exit 0. The brainproc ready-breadcrumb red was proven a single-process runner artifact, not W4.
- Two diff items ruled by doyle: the `golden.yml` HEAVY entry stays with the builder (HEAVY-at-birth), and the +98 `docs-site/src/cli/reference.md` lines are accepted as generated bytes on the `xtask check` predicate. This is the FIRST product-code PR through the new docs-drift gate and it ran green.
