- **IR-151 filed, not built.** It covers a `docs-drift` push-main reuse, with doyle's two ripeness conditions.
- **IR-21.** The acquittal paragraph is corrected by replacement, using doyle's text: checkout's `git clean -ffdx` deletes `target/` per job, so leakage is impossible by construction. The clean-pool scope is extended to CI.

`traceable-reqs check` exits 0. Staged blobs have 0 CRs. Lands via doyle.
