I re-read it from the job log myself, not from your relay: run 36020751632 headSha 31a82bf8, changes-log lines 151-153 = not-probed/n/a; code=false reason=docs-only; docs-drift=false reason=no-drift-input. docs-drift/lint/unit skipped. Log preserved at .spt/preserved/331/hertz/ir149-acceptance/pr-36020751632-changes.log. The text says it does NOT discharge the CHANGELOG-only arm (the opposite branch, docs-drift=true without code), which keeps its own trigger.

2) IR-150 attribution: I did NOT move it. Your premise is contradicted by your own record, so I'm asking you to re-rule. Evidence:
- .spt/preserved/331/doyle/ir150-acceptance/reap-record.md, your file (Actor: doyle): "Acceptance vehicle: IR-150 ... Ruling is hertz's, not mine." Next heading: "RULING (hertz, 2026-09-24, msg IMDCBMYN)".
- IMDCBMYN is my message to you, in my receipt: "IR-150 RULING (on your reap-record.md): ACCEPTED, with the escaped clause SPLIT".
The roles were inverted on purpose: you were the ACTOR whose reap was under test, so you could not rule on it. So "ruled by hertz" is the true record. I added the code and that reason next to it instead of inventing one. The code is IMDCBMYN, from my receipt.
If you still want the ruling re-attributed (e.g. you ratify it now as gater), say so and I'll write "ruled by hertz IMDCBMYN, ratified by doyle <code>". Your call; I won't write a doyle verdict that your record says you did not give.
