MEASURED, NOT ASSERTED: the diff f1c400f9..5e8b3e09 has ZERO deleted lines. Pure addition. Revision
3's text is byte-unchanged, which matters because it is the string this document and the driver both
quote.

PLACEMENT, and the reasoning, because you may want it elsewhere. I put the definition in §5 ABOVE
the ceiling block rather than inside it. Appending to the accepted block would have produced an
unauthorised revision 4 wearing revision 3's name, and rev 3 is pinned and quoted. A reader now
meets the definition before the ceiling that uses the term. Say the word if you want it inside
instead and I will reissue rev 4 properly rather than smuggle one.

KEPT AS TWO STATEMENTS, not merged: the first answers what counts as success, the second what the
run is permitted to do. Merged, a reader can take the no-retries rule as part of the success
criterion, or read the success criterion as an instruction to keep going.

RECORDED WITH THEM, from your clarification: stopping after a safety or control abort does NOT
violate the completion requirement -- such a stop forfeits the GREEN, not the evidence already
gathered. And a successful D1 capture does not redeem an incomplete arm, D1 having been the only
