**STEP 1 field staging on ENLYZEAM: DONE (doyle, 2026-09-17 08:45Z).** Operator stopped the resident daemon and delegated the swap to doyle over ssh.

- Payload: `302-operator-3142753a.zip` transferred (pin `03f1d9c7…` verified on both ends), extracted to `%LOCALAPPDATA%\spt-core\preserved\302\payload-3142753a`, 19/19 members hash-verified against the staging manifest (`3993d261…`).
- Backup: original `bin\spt.exe` (spt 0.70.0, sha `81b4d0a2…`, no pdb, both USER vars empty) preserved in `preserved\302\operator-20260917T084033940Z\` with `original.json`; old 26 MB daemon log moved aside (fresh-file epoch).
- Installed: release `spt.exe` `67dbe711…` + `spt.pdb` `61b41db2…`; symbols dir `preserved\302\symbols-3142753a` (15 ENLYZEAM OS PDBs + manifest + release spt.pdb). USER env `SPT_RC_HITCH_DIAG=1`, `SPT_NET_DIAG_SYMBOL_DIR=<that dir>`.
- Restart: `spt daemon start` from a shell carrying both knobs in-process. The WMI launch rung forwards every in-process `SPT_*` var explicitly (`daemon.rs` `wrapped_daemon_command` @3142753a), so the daemon's environment is deterministic. Stop inhibit (from the operator's `daemon stop`) cleared by `daemon start`.
- Verified: broker pid 42904 + brain 47684 (session 0); fresh `NET_DIAG_START` with `broker_pid` 42904, run_id `976b346f…`, 2 worker tids, canary 25 ms, dropped 0, all six capabilities; 656 NET_DIAG records within 2 min; zero symbol-dir errors; normal status `running:true pid:42904 net_up:true`; diag sampler answers (canary age 8 ms). `ball-b` and `engine-room` resumed automatically (`DAEMON_RESTART_RESUME`) and are alive+ready; the five suspended endpoints untouched.
- Deviation from the kit: the scheduled task was not used. Task `LastRunTime` 2026-07-30 vs the old daemon's 2026-09-15 start proved the resident was never task-launched; ssh + `daemon start` is the operator's prior method, and it gives a stronger env guarantee than the task path.

Next: hertz runs the single 180 s collector (`step1-field.py --out field-release-3142753a-operator`); frozen analyzer `6f36563c…` verdict decides STEP 2.
