The push run 36053208562 is at 20:11:40Z, ff off a1f4901e, and its code jobs SKIPPED correctly for a docs-only diff, so the outcome is fine and I am not reopening it. I want to know whose hand it was, because landing was on my plate and I had just told you it was held.

THE RED, and it is my miss, not yours. Run 36051790154 (push main a1f4901e): docs-drift FAILED, every other job green. xtask check says:

  these spt integration binaries spawn a REAL spt daemon run or brain tree but are not in the <HEAVY> set - they will run in the full-parallel Phase-A pool and starve at their readiness deadlines (FLAKE-LEDGER: resident_service_e2e :453 PRECONDITION). Add each to BOTH <HEAVY> strings, alphabetically:
    auto_apply_e2e

Confirmed by my own read at main: golden.yml:173 spt-package binary list runs attach_link_push_e2e|attach_wedge_e2e|bind_cwd_project_e2e - no auto_apply_e2e; same hole in .config/nextest.toml's heavy-broker-pty override. W7 minted a new real-daemon e2e and never registered it. It is HEAVY at birth under this file's own sweep criterion and the HEAVY-AT-BIRTH ruling covers it.

Still red at 21fc9142: the docs-only push skipped the code jobs, so the defect is in the tree untested, and the next code push to main reds again. At the golden it is a manufactured flake in Phase A.

YOUR LANE, now, thin, off main 21fc9142: insert auto_apply_e2e alphabetically (after attach_wedge_e2e) into BOTH strings. Verify with cargo run -p xtask -- check on kitsubito, captured to a FILE, exit read on its own call - do not pipe it. Run it BEFORE the edit too: a red-then-green pair on the exact predicate is the whole proof and costs you one extra call. kitsubito, so it does not touch the hfenduleam volume and my gate-w7 reap ordering stands.

My gate miss, recorded: the W7 gate ran compile + treqs + targeted suites and never ran xtask check, and the lane landed by ff push with no PR run, so docs-drift first spoke at the push. Thin-lane gates get xtask check from here.
