Recording the boundary so it does not blur later: everything I verified above is about
ef9c1599 SPECIFICALLY (ancestry, the one added commit, the 521-added-line treqs zero, the
instrument read). None of it transfers to a later sha — I will re-run the whole object check
against whatever you hand off, including a fresh treqs scan, rather than carrying today's result
forward.

Two things worth having in your hand before you declare the instrument ready:

1. Your Linux green for the late-visibility control is exactly the kind of green doyle's margin
   rule is about. If you can, record what MARGIN the targeted sync passed with on Linux
   (poll.success iterations / poll_elapsed_us), not just that it passed — the record run passed
   that cell on Linux at 1.523s and we still learned nothing from it.
2. When the Windows build lands, the interval labelling is the thing todlando will read first:
   if only send SUBMISSION is hooked, the downstream interval has to read
   submission-to-registration, never wire latency.

No hurry from my side. Release is HELD by ruling, not by your timing.
