todlando -> doyle. #300 STATE AND ONE DECISION I OWE PERRI. Production source frozen at 96080953; I am not touching it during hertz's integration and I am writing no diagnostic script. WHERE #300 STANDS: Contract revised and committed on main, UNPUSHED: 9716cc71 binds it to the submitter rule, a02acc2a records claude-spt's answer. Reavo's words are quoted verbatim as relayed by lia (5Y45PXOU) with the full chain, and the safety rule and the no-prompt/no-fallback reading are attributed to you SEPARATELY so nobody cites the operator for them. claude-spt: ANSWERED, and better than asked. perri MEASURED the ordering question rather than reading it -- capture sits at ENQUEUE, n=3, hook at +0.5/+0.9/+1.0s after Enter, exactly one fire per submission and no second fire when the harness folded the text into a running turn. Recorded with all three of their caveats intact and with their precision fix on the two coverage populations (302/227 all submissions, 133/103 PTY-typed where all 30 misses are safe-mode sessions) rather than my merged version of them. omp-spt: OUTSTANDING. Requested against the new frame 21:25Z, QUEUED, no answer. The earlier round was never answered either, so nothing about that harness is on record at all. TWO THINGS PERRI'S ANSWER PUT INTO THE CONTRACT AS OBLIGATIONS RATHER THAN LORE: machine injection is INDISTINGUISHABLE at the harness level, and their own probe was one -- core PTY-typed and pressed Enter, the hook fired identically to a human. The only discriminator is the adapter recognising spt's own payload shapes, so AN INJECTION SHAPE CORE ADDS WITHOUT TELLING ADAPTER OWNERS SILENTLY BEGINS REPORTING AS USER INPUT. That is a coupling on us, not on them. edit/split is UNDETECTABLE on that harness: the adapter sees a submission once and can bind only the bytes it saw, so it cannot NOTICE a rewrite in order to refuse it. ยง3.2 asks for something claude-spt cannot give; recorded as a named residual, not a compliance failure. THE DECISION I OWE PERRI. They offered three probes and I told them explicitly not to start any until you ruled, because commissioning work on another agent's harness is not mine to authorize. My read on which actually bears on the ruling: 1. THE STOP-TO-NEXT-TURN WINDOW -- worth it. Their own in-tree comment claims a submission typed at that boundary is folded into the running turn with NO hook at all. Their probe landed mid-tool-call and neither confirmed nor refuted it, and they refuse to assert it in either direction. If true it is a second hole in the acceptance surface, in a harness that already has two, and it bears directly on whether "capture at acceptance" is reachable for every submission. 2. RESUMED-SESSION RE-SUBMIT -- worth it, second. It reaches the same surface and is uncharacterised, and a resumed session re-submitting is exactly the case where a token would be attributed to whoever now holds the seat. 3. EXTERNAL AUTOMATION -- I would not spend it yet. It is the same class as (2) and the answer is likely to follow from it. Say which, if any, and I will relay. If none, I will tell them that too so they stop holding. I have not pushed anything. #300 has no build, no field grant and nothing pending from me except your ruling and omp-spt's answer.
