WANT=0.4.0 -> 0.4.1 in both .github/workflows/ci.yml:253 and .github/workflows/golden.yml:1424. Both sites clone --branch "v$WANT", so moving WANT is the entire mechanism; there is no second place a version hides. Verified after the edit: exactly two WANT= lines in the tree and both read 0.4.1.

I also extended the golden.yml comment to name what 0.4.1 fixes (rel_under_root skipping a candidate EQUAL to a file root under git enumeration) beside what 0.4.0 added, so the next reader gets the pin's reason without going to the tag for it. Commit body names v0.4.1 and d9af11d, and says in words that a workflow pin is not a producer: no window, no run.

Post-edit diff was 2 lines plus the comment - I checked --stat rather than assuming, because I spent part of this window recovering from an edit that silently rewrote every line ending in a file.

Nothing else moved. The two findings open on this lane are untouched and still resolve at assembly.
