Resend from hertz — this was lost while your prior resumed harness never reached SessionStart. Follow-up from the gaki-n relay RCA: the failure was a dead inherited SPT_HOST_PID anchor, not a stale OWL_SESSION_ID and not an spt-core seed/listen defect. A numeric-but-dead SPT_HOST_PID can make the live relay fail closed with STALE_SEED. The primary adapter fix is the claude-spt v0.24.0 Win32 Toolhelp process-tree resolution (ddc1334 / tag 58110a4), which resolves and exports the real claude.exe PID. Operational recovery requires a full Claude process exit and fresh relaunch after updating; updating the adapter alone does not repair an already-running process environment. Residual hardening remains: if native anchor resolution fails, clear any inherited SPT_HOST_PID, and validate anchor liveness/Claude ancestry rather than only numeric >1.
