The\npublished launch contract carries no replay marker, so instead of path\ndetection the extension now enforces a path-independent invariant: a\ndelivery stranded on an idle session past the liveness deadline is\nforce-resubmitted (submission epochs invalidate hung in-flight\nsubmissions), then the degraded-comms rail surfaces, then the endpoint\nfails closed so deafness becomes visibly offline rather than a silent\nblack hole. Listener death also invalidates the endpoint-state cache so\na restarted daemon receives fresh activity truth.
